Blood sugar was 187. I'm not to upset with that seeing how I had onion rings and a quesadilla. Those were terrible too.

Blood sugar was 176 Feel good, had dinner around 7:30. Salad with carrots, olives and tomatoes, I had red beans and rice with greens, plantain, cornbread.

My blood sugar was 186 this morning. I ate a sandwich last night and also had nuts, so that could be a factor. I feel a little icky right now.

Blood sugar was 138!!! Not bad for after lunch. I feel ok. Getting ready for the NBA Finals!!! Having spaghetti, lentils and garlic bread for dinner.

My blood sugar was 81 this morning which is good. I had a snack before bed of crackers and cheese. I'm having oatmeal for breakfast and I also took my blood pressure this morning as well. I actually feel a little better

Blood sugar was 208. My students gave me a donut. So I guess that donut raised it a little. I feel ok, just a little hungry. Having a BBQ seitan sammich with pasta salad. It is carbs, but I needed something to tie me over until later today.

My blood sugar was 86. Hooray. I feel a little better actually. Still weak.

My blood sugar was 143. I tried to take a nap but like I said the breathing is terrible. Having spaghetti, veggie beans and slaw for lunch.

Blood sugar was 201. I'm still having issues breathing and sleeping. Having two boiled eggs, grapes and strips.

Blood Sugar was256 at 9:37 am this morning. After going to bed last night I had 4 wheat crackers and two pieces of cheese. I still feel a little weak today. I'm eating eggs, veggie bacon and grapes for breakfast.

Like I said I need more strips. I'm eating breakfast late because I couldn't sleep last night. I'm having oatmeal with brown sugar, milk and raisins. Also a slice of bread.

I found some strips with my old meter. My blood sugar was 193. I guess that make sense sense I had that big oatmeal around 12pm. So I'm about to eat this tuna melt and cuz soup. I'm feeling very hungry right now.

I ordered more glucose test strips but I wanted to at least keep up my food diary portion. For dinner I'm having a BBQ Beyond burger, vegetarian baked beans, corn on the cob and cole slaw. I feel sleepy.

I'm not happy right now. Blood sugar is 278. Did the grapes cause it to rise? I don't know. For lunch having some spaghetti and cole slaw. I'm

So my blood sugar was 228. I had a quesadilla with tortilla chips at the movie theater. That's probably why it's up. For dinner I'm having salad and pizza.

Blood sugar was 298, Probably from that cereal that I ate. I won't do that again. Brunch is tofu, prosauge and 2 waldfles. Basically 2 carbs.

My blood sugar this morning was 143 and I had a bowl of cereal. It was a pretty big bowl. I'm feeling a little tired right now. I'll see how I feel a little bit later.
