Blood sugar was 248. Haven't started my new U-500 insulin yet. Won't be on it till Monday.
For lunch veggie chx strips from Native foods, kale greens, brown rice and sweet potatoes.
I feel ok. Need to get it going. Not sure what dinner will be tonight. Need to go walking soon. Will start next week at the YMCA.
Haven't checked blood pressure and pulse yet either
