I've been behind, I didn't check my blood sugar after the am, I left my meter in the car and was lazy yesterday. It won't happen again. My last blood sugar as 169 at 1:45am. That's not bad. I'm just starting on my new insulin tonight. U-500.
It was 132 this afternoon at 3:28pm.
I just ate a tuna sandwich a piece of cheese and a Bai peach juice with ginger lemonade.
For lunch I had a hot dog and a Polish.
Breakfast I drank a smoothie.
Also had snacks of peanut M&M's, almonds and a little cheezit crackers.
2 small bags of Skinny popcorn. The pictures are from yesterday.
Monday for dinner I had veggie burger, baked beans and greens. No bread.
Later in the evening had a snack of hummus and multi grain crackers
